Salary band: Scale 1 SCP 3 £24795
Actual annual gross salary: £3623
Hours of work: 1.25 hours per day, 39 weeks only.
Closing Date: Noon Thursday 9th April 2026
We are looking to appoint three Midday Assistants to join our happy and friendly school.
The role requires the supervision of children at lunchtime. You would help children, escorting them to the dining room, encouraging young children to eat their food, assisting with the development of good table manners and helping to organise playground games.
The successful candidate will:
- Enjoy organising playground games to ensure children’s lunchtime experience is a happy one
- Have a positive approach to behaviour management and are determined to ensure lunchtimes remain a safe and positive experience for all children
- Have qualification or interest in First Aid Training
