Additional Guidance

 

For health and safety reasons, only small discrete studs are allowed as earrings and only if your child is able to remove these themselves for sporting activities. If you wish your child to have their ears pierced, we would encourage this to happen at the beginning of the summer holidays

Watches should be of a suitable size and alarms and any other similar functions deactivated when in school.

Extreme styles of haircut including shaved head, No. 1 cuts, styles incorporating logos or hair dye are inappropriate for school.

Hair accessories should be minimal (no large bows/hair accessories), be school colours and tied back during PE.

Nail varnish should not be worn to school.

Children are encouraged to bring a smart, book bag for carrying their reading books, pencils and belongings. Excessively large bags should not be brought into school.
